AIRPORT CHECK-IN:
·      3 Hours prior to Depart

ure for International Flights (Mexico and the Bahamas)
·      2 Hours prior to Departure for Domestic Flights (Hawaii)
·      Have mandatory Travel Documents ready at check-in.  You will be denied boarding for improper documents!
·      Do not lock your suitcases
·      Dress smart to pass through Security easily
·      Put Student One Travel Bag Tags on luggage
·      Do not put film in checked luggage  
SPENDING MONEY:
·      Recommend $500 to $600 in Traveler's Checks to cover food and souvenirs
·      Take at least $50 in cash for incidentals  
ARRIVAL AT YOUR DESTINATION:
·      Have mandatory Travel Documents ready to clear Immigration (Mexico & Bahamas)
·       Pick-up Luggage and clear customs (Mexico & Bahamas).  If baggage is missing, you must fill out lost baggage report
before exiting the airport
·       Exit airport and look for a Student One Travel staff
·       Board bus going to your assigned hotel.  Keep valuables with you.  S1 is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

HOTEL CHECK-IN:
·     Attend Welcome Orientation
·     Purchase Party Package
·     Register and pick-up room keys
·     Use Safety Deposit Boxes to store valuables  
VIP PARTY PACKAGES:
·     Purchase this Package in advance and save $$
·     Refer to the website outlining the activities and cost .   
CALLING HOME: 
·     Very expensive! ONE quick call home is encouraged to advise hotel & room number. Easier to contact you later .
·     Recommend Calling Cards if calling is a must.  Locate a public phone in your hotel lobby or at various shopping centers for lesser expensive calls.
·     Try not to call from hotel room as it is very expensive.   
RETURNING HOME:
·     Be checked out and in the lobby at the designated time
·     HAND carry your travel documents for check-in at the airport (don't pack in your check in luggage!)
·      Don't be Late!  Pick up will be approx. 3 hrs. prior to your flight.
·      Make sure your luggage gets loaded on your bus.  Keep valuables with you at all times.   
·       Do not take alcohol back to the US if you are under 21. It is against the law.
